GR8 Community Foundation VIP Courtesy Program
501(c)(3) Nonprofit Organization EIN: 41-2924943

Support Local Schools Through Everyday Community Engagement

The GR8 Community Foundation VIP Courtesy Program connects local families with trusted businesses—while returning 90% of proceeds to schools and community initiatives.

This is not a coupon program or public promotion. It is a private, invite-based network designed to strengthen relationships between communities and the businesses they already trust.

Participation is limited to a curated group of businesses per category and community to ensure quality, trust, and meaningful engagement.

GR8 Community Foundation VIP Program

The flow in four steps

A private, invite-based network—no coupon clutter, no public promotions.

1. Businesses Participate

Local businesses offer a small VIP Courtesy—something that reflects their brand and enhances the customer experience.

2. Families Join

Families join to support a school or community cause and gain access to a curated group of participating businesses.

3. Simple In-Person Experience

Members claim their VIP Courtesy on their phone and show it when they visit—no apps or setup required for businesses.

4. Local Impact

Net proceeds are tracked per beneficiary and distributed once the organization is confirmed and able to receive funds.

Built for local businesses

Connect with nearby families through a trusted, community-backed network—while supporting local schools and initiatives. Participation is curated and invite-only to create long-term relationships, not one-time promotions.

Watch a quick overview, then see how businesses, families, and local beneficiaries connect through a simple, community-driven model.

New Customers + Repeat Visits

Connect with nearby families who value trusted local recommendations—not one-time deal seekers.

We review all participants. Only approved businesses are included in the network.

How funds are handled

We track and reserve net proceeds per beneficiary. Distribution happens once the beneficiary is confirmed and able to accept funds.

  • Pending: proceeds are earmarked and held while approvals/coordination are in progress.
  • Official Partner: proceeds are distributed on the agreed schedule (check or approved electronic method).
  • If not confirmed: supporters may be offered a beneficiary change so funds remain community-directed.

Transparency promise

We publish totals raised and track distributions. Beneficiary statuses are shown clearly so supporters always understand what’s official and what’s in progress.

Beneficiary status & transparency

We’re a registered 501(c)(3). Some schools and organizations may appear as Pending while we finalize approvals and coordination. We’ll always label status clearly — we never imply endorsement without permission.

  • Clear labeling: “Official Partner” means confirmed and able to receive funds. “Pending” means in progress.
  • Funds are tracked: Contributions are recorded and reserved for the beneficiary you select.
  • Easy fallback: If a beneficiary can’t participate, supporters can choose another beneficiary so funds stay community-directed.
  • Flexible payout: Distributions can be made by check or approved electronic method (ACH, etc.).
Official Partner = confirmed program + approved to receive funds Pending = listed as intended beneficiary while approvals are in progress

Note: A school is not an “official fundraiser partner” unless explicitly stated as an Official Partner.

For Schools & Community Partners

The VIP Courtesy Program provides a modern, ongoing fundraising model—designed to create consistent value rather than one-time sales.

Schools and nonprofits receive ongoing support while strengthening connections with local businesses and families.

Important note for schools & PTAs

We can list a school as an intended beneficiary while approvals are in progress, but we will not present a “school fundraiser” as official unless the school/district/PTA confirms participation.

How the Foundation works

We keep the model simple and transparent: partner, promote, and give back — in a way that respects everyone’s time and resources.

1

Confirm the beneficiary (or mark as Pending)

We work toward formal approval for each beneficiary. Until confirmed, the beneficiary may be shown as Pending (listed as an intended beneficiary, not an official partner).

2

Residents & businesses participate

Families purchase access and local businesses provide VIP courtesies for members. We track proceeds per beneficiary so participation turns into measurable support.

3

Distribute funds with reporting

Net proceeds are reserved per beneficiary and distributed when the beneficiary is confirmed and able to accept funds (check or approved electronic method), with clear reporting along the way.

Transparency

We publish clear totals raised and track funds by beneficiary. If a beneficiary is listed as “Pending,” we disclose that status plainly so supporters always understand where funds are earmarked and how distribution works.
