1 Full Keyword Search

Keyword searching by name, category or descripition. Search is scoped to the homeowner’s specific community, so results are hyper‑local and nomination‑driven.

Impressions and clicks are tracked and reported in backend.

2 Clickable Category Search

Users may also browse categories using point and click method

All categories that have a vendor show in alphabetical order from left to right and empty category icons are appended to the list.

3 Ask Neighbors

Click to send a message to all of your community neighbors requesting assistance in finding a specific type of service that is not currently in the directory.

Sends email out to all neighbors with your request and asks them to submit through the Submit Referral flow so that it is captured so others can benefit.

4 Request Callback

If users prefer, they may click the "Request Callback" button which will trigger the system to send an email and text message to the vendor asking them to call you back. System already knows who the user is because the user is authenticated.

Convenience feature so that user does not have to make calls and can request callbacks from multiple vendors. This action is tracked and reported in the backend.

5 Share

Just a convenient way for users to copy all of the contact information for that vendor to their clipboard so they may paste it into another application (ie facebook, nextdoor, email, text, etc)
